TĪNG sets the scene inside this sky-high palace, with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out across the Thames and the capital. The current menu draws on the floral notes of St-Germain, starting with finger sandwiches and savoury bites before moving on to freshly baked scones with clotted cream and strawberry jam. Pastry comes last, with three seasonal creations including a mango and passion fruit pavlova, pistachio éclair and strawberry-basil cheesecake.
