J’ai envoyé un mail sur votre service, lorsque, je suis arrivé, il n’y avait pas de réservation. Je n’ai pas de retour ni de remboursement, j’ai dû prendre une nouvelle chambre dans l’hôtel qui était beaucoup plus cher, je suis fortement déçu.
Séjour incroyable en staycation au Kimpton Fitzroy London : service impeccable, cadre élégant, ambiance chaleureuse. Une parenthèse parfaite pour se ressourcer sans quitter la ville. Définitivement un coup de cœur ! 🌟
